Restorative Yoga and Healing Sound Bath
September 27; 7:00-8:30 PM
Relax and enjoy the practice of deep and purposeful Rest and Rejuvenation with Laura Nash and KC Blackmore Harris. Restorative Yoga: the practice of Being, not doing! Come to class, bring your body back to balance, quiet your mind, and help to prevent or reduce symptoms of stress and illness in the body, mind, and soul. Gentle Hands-On body work and adjustments provided by Laura Nash, E-500 RYT, C-IAYT Adaptive Yoga Specialist, Multi-dimensional Yoga Instructor and bodyworker. During our practice, we will relax and rest with healing and vibrationally tuned sounds of crystal bowls played by KC Blackmore Harris, CAMTC CMT/NMT, Reiki Master/Teacher, RYT200. Healing Sound is a holistic practice that uses vibrations from crystal singing bowls to promote healing in the body and mind. Each bowl is tuned to holistically resonate, with its particular chakra, as it is played. The sounds are believed to have a powerful effect on the body’s energy system, helping to balance the chakras and promote healing.
